Arpeggiator plugins (like Catanya, BlueArp or Kirnu-Cream) are effects-plugins which receive and process the midi-data and then send that arpeggiated data to the synth plugin to generate audio. I've been using LMMS for 2-1/2 years and, based on my experience, Vestige and other LMMS instrument-plugins only seem to allow effects-plugins to operate after the synth plugin has processed the midi data; so arpeggiator effects-plugins are not compatible with LMMS.
I continue to discover capabilities which LMMS has; so I hope someone knows of a way to use arpeggiator effects-plugins with Vestige.

I've played around with all sorts of ensembles and groups in Reaktor, Bidule and dozens of plugins in search for an arpeggiator that matches the one in NI's FM8. All I want is something that instead of Up, Down and Random presets lets me customise the order of notes received as a chord in the midi in, possibly changing their velocity and octave. Catanya is a polyphonic pattern based MIDI arpeggiator. It's a tool that allows you to play a sequence based on your chord.
